We were one of the partners of the 5th edition of IT Workplace of Tomorrow – an online conference held on Oct 26 and 27, that bought together digital workplace leaders, IT managers, and HR business partners. Three experts participated in panel discussions during the event.
Over 221 attendees participated in 40 sessions at the event which offered unique perspectives on the evolving IT and remote workplace trends.
Like many companies who have battled the impact of the pandemic and adapted to the evolving expectations at the workplace and from the workforce, Sabre Poland has put team members at the heart of everything we do. Reinventing the future of the workplace will need creativity, agility, and resilience. Our speakers at this event shared challenges, approaches and discussed opportunities for industry peers who want to harness the power of technology and become the workplace of tomorrow.
Sebastian Drzewiecki, VP & Managing Director, Sabre Corporation’s Poland Global Capability Center, led a panel on the topic: What is the future of the leadership role and leadership model in the era of hybrid work? Among other things, the panel discussed how managers had changed the way they connect with their teams when working remotely and hybrid, and what the biggest challenges are from a leader’s perspective.
Michał Polak, Regional Director – Eastern Europe, dealt with the topic of engagement and motivation in hybrid work. During the discussion, experts debated key challenges in remote and hybrid work around collaboration, productivity, and efficiency. Additionally, they discussed the responsibility of IT leaders in implementing the right hybrid work model that supports engagement and keeps teams motivated.
Another panelist, Michał Winkler, Senior Director – Software Engineering, spoke on the digital workplace and how technology supports collaboration in a hybrid environment. This panel focused on possible and existing digital tools that can improve the experience of hybrid cooperation.
As a partner of the event, we took advantage of not only the possibility of sharing free tickets with our team members but also presenting our company at a virtual stand. However, this is not the end of our cooperation with the conference organizers – we are also a partner of the research on remote and hybrid work, the publication of which – in the form of a report – is scheduled for December.
The presence on IT Workplace of Tomorrow furthers our brand profile and increased opportunities to drive connection with industry practitioners and technologists. Hope to be a part of this inspiring initiative the next year.
