Radixx, a Sabre company, and leading airline retailing technology provider, today announces its latest partnership with Vietravel Airlines to enable the growth of their scheduled operations. The Hue city, Vietnam based airline has entered into an exclusive contract with Radixx to deliver omnichannel pricing and fulfillment software, Radixx Res for passenger processing, Radixx Go for departure services, Radixx Go Touch for mobile departure services, and Radixx Insight for analytics and revenue optimization.
Vietravel Airlines, which was established in 2018, is a member of Vietravel, the largest tour operator in Vietnam for the past 25 years. Vietravel Airlines officially had the Business License for Air Transport on 29 Oct 2020 and the airline has plans to operate scheduled and non-schedule aircraft services following their hybrid business model. The airline is committed to kicking off scheduled domestic flights from Vietnam before expanding to international flights thereafter. Vietravel Airlines sought Radixx to fulfill their need for a full end-to-end passenger services system capability that could handle full spectrum distribution including GDS distribution, interline, and codeshare partnerships.

Built on microservices, the Radixx Res passenger processing system will enable the airline with flexible and advanced technology that will support their growth plans into scheduled services. Vietravel Airlines also plans to utilize the Radixx departure services suite of Radixx Go, including Radixx Go Touch mobile applications, to streamline their airport operations, decrease hardware costs, and increase passenger services at the airport. Powered from a mobile device, the airline will offer travelers a differentiated airport experience with shorter queues and an increase in check-in convenience. The Radixx products offer an omnichannel suite allowing full control of bookings and ancillary sales over any channel.
