SOUTHLAKE, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–April 11, 2006–Sabre Airline Solutions, the global leader of software and services for the airline industry from planning to execution, today announced that Jeju Air has signed an agreement for the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) solution offered through Sabre’s recently established global alliance with Ramco.
Jeju Air, Korea’s first regional airline, is a new low-cost carrier based on the Korean island of Cheju. This MRO system will enable the airline to efficiently maintain and engineer its fleet in order to achieve optimal utilization of resources, outstanding performance and a decrease in costs.

This full Web-architected solution incorporates advanced technologies, such as built-in workflow, digital signature (e-signatures), fax/email interfaces, electronic flight bag (EFB), mobile computing/WAP technologies, bar coding, user reporting tools, graphical information display and integration with automated warehousing carousals. It is SEI-CMM Level 5 certified and provides accurate and detailed projection of direct and indirect maintenance costs. The Ramco MRO System will be implemented in Korea, with support offices in the U.S., Uruguay and India.
