Ana Maria Escobar is the Vice President of Sales and Customer Management for Latin America & the Caribbean, Sabre Travel Solutions.
An airline leader with more than 20 years of industry experience, Ana Maria possesses deep expertise in commercial areas of the airline business. She is responsible for customer engagement, sales, account management, relationship management and customer support for Sabre’s airline customers in the region. Her team is focused on delivering Sabre solutions and customer satisfaction.
Ana Maria served as a sales partner in Latin America, where she led teams responsible for selling and negotiating large technology projects ranging from complex reservations and check-in systems, to pricing, revenue management, business intelligence, network and scheduling, crew, airports, weight and balance, and flight operations systems.
Before joining Sabre, Ana Maria was vice president of Pricing and Revenue Management for a major European airline. She also held management positions at Avianca Airlines in Colombia.
Ana Maria holds an MBA from Instituto di Empresa (IE, Madrid) where she graduated with honors, a master’s degree from EAFIT in Colombia, and a bachelor’s degree from The National University of Colombia.
