For years, the Sabre Summer Internship in Cracow has served as a launchpad for amazing young talents, providing them with a hands-on, immersive entry into the IT world. Designed to equip participants with all the skills, confidence, and industry insights needed to understand the market, this program has helped many graduates secure their first dream tech roles here at Sabre.
This year, we’re once again opening our doors to ambitious, driven individuals ready to accelerate their careers. Participants will gain practical experience in just three months, benefit from direct mentorship from our senior experts via a special series of meetings, and dive straight into our ongoing projects. It’s an excellent opportunity to put theory into practice and acquire real-world skills quickly. In a time when breaking into IT feels more challenging and uncertain than ever, this structured, practice-focused program offers an invaluable head start – whether you aspire to excel at Python, Java, C++, or other areas.

Q: Do I need an actual CV to apply for the Sabre Summer Internship?
A: Correct. To apply, upload your updated CV into our system. We’re eager to get to know you better!
Q: Do I need some entry-level experience, or can it be my first internship?
A: We love all kinds of experience, but remember, this internship is just the start of your professional journey. If you haven’t worked before, this is your chance to let your knowledge, motivation, and enthusiasm stand out in the recruitment process!
Q: Understandable. So… Is it a paid internship?
A: Yes, absolutely! In addition to the salary, this program offers incredible opportunities to expand your knowledge and build new relationships, which (in my opinion) are priceless.
Q: Where do I apply? Are the internship roles visible on the Sabre careers page?
A: All positions are available on our career page, and we’ll also be attending local job fairs where you can meet us to chat and apply for the internship!
Q: I heard that the next step after applying is a short tech test. Is that true? Is there one for every role?
A: Yes, the process includes a technical knowledge test related strictly to the role you’re applying for. Don’t worry, it does not include any trick questions!
Q: So, there is an in-person interview after the test? What is it like? Be honest.
A: The majority of interviews are held online. You’ll receive such information in advance if it’s an in-person interview. Usually, candidates get a link to join the online interview. Just make sure you’re well-prepared, opt for a comfortable space, and make sure your connection is stable before a video call.
Q: When would I start?
A: The internship starts on July 1st.
Q: Okay. It’s a summer internship by definition, so I get it. Does the program last till the summer ends?
A: The internship itself ends on September 30th, but your journey with our company can last longer. The vast majority of our trainees stay with after the internship. This is where career starts for good for many young IT talents!
Q: I’m curious about all the unique, tailor-made activities planned for these three months. From what I’ve heard, this internship is much more than just a few months of assigned tasks.
A: Our internship goes beyond industry-related tasks – it’s an incredible opportunity for professional growth and development. Through our Internship Academy, we offer weekly training sessions to boost technical and soft skills. It’s a fantastic way to expand your knowledge about the company and discover new areas of interest. Plus, you’ll have the chance to showcase your talents and challenge yourself during our exciting internship hackathon
Q: All right. And if I need to work from home now and then, is it possible?
A: The internship is hybrid, so you can enjoy the advantages of working in the office while having the option to work remotely when needed.
Q: And what usually happens after that time?
A: The end of the internship is an exciting and intense time – participants present their hackathon projects to our jury, meet the management team, and celebrate all achievements during the graduation ceremony!
Q: Nice. In what ways are ex-interns currently engaged in some of Sabre’s activities?
A: At Sabre, we focus on both knowledge and supporting each other. Employees can choose which community they want to join, how to use their time to develop soft skills, and more. Most of our ex-interns engage in a variety of initiatives, and we can’t wait to show you the incredible outcomes in our upcoming video, highlighting their achievements
