“Where there is a will, there is a way.” How easy or difficult is it to find the ‘way’? How do organizations pave the way, with the right ‘will’ in place?

In the illustration above, three guys were given a cube each to see who could push it past the finish line in the shortest time. The first two started pushing the cube as soon as the referee blew the whistle, without wasting any time. The third guy – the thinker, stopped to think, and came up with an idea to chisel the cube into a sphere. And who do you think reached the finish line first?
This is very relevant in the context of our day-to-day work as well. Many organizations don’t stop to introspect and keep trying to roll the cube. The cube in an organizational context is a ‘Technical Debt’. This debt hinders progress and puts a strain on productivity. Read the full article here.
