Sabre Supporting Women’s Career Growth Through Flexible Work 

At Sabre, we introduced a parental Work from Home program specifically designed to support new mothers in maintaining their career momentum, while embracing family life. This initiative allows team members to work from home for up to 12 months from the date their child is born or when an adoption is finalized. The program is part of our broader ‘Ways We Work’ approach and aims to reduce the time new parents spend commuting and are away from home.
