Jaya Kumar K- Managing Director and CEO, Sabre Bengaluru congratulated everyone on the occasion and said, “It’s a proud moment for all of us.” He added, “I believe, it is a result of great work done by all our team members who’ve consistently acted as brand ambassadors for the organization.”  The award categories in which Sabre Bengaluru GCC participated and won are as below: Winner: Best in Communication – COVID 19 | Gold Award This award category recognizes the effectiveness of COVID-19 communications done between March 2020 to January 2021 by various organizations. For this entry, Sabre focused on showcasing the effective methods that addressed the various challenges faced by the Bengaluru site during COVID last year. Our submission emphasized on the constant flow of credible information, transparency, leader communications, and more. Some of the initiatives we pitched for this category includes the vibrant Sabre Radio (volunteer employee led event curation and execution), Sabre Souvenirs ( Sabre GCC’s official podcast), Ask Jaya ( monthly CEO forum for employees)  and various other social campaigns and contests focused on working from home.  Winner: Internal Communication Campaign | Bronze Award In this category, the jury recognizes successful engagement of internal stakeholders through ongoing strategic communications. We pitched Sabre Bengaluru’s 15th Anniversary as the central theme of our internal communications (that we ran last year) for this category. The entry was supported with details of all the other ongoing engagement initiatives and channels at Sabre India. As a testament to our right messaging and impactful communications at Sabre Bengaluru GCC, we bagged a bronze in this category.
