It features world class speakers keynoting in Java scripts, trends in UI/UX, how data and cloud are changing the landscape and evolution of DevOps and architecture. In its tenth edition, the GIDS is scheduled to take place from April 25th – 28th, 2017 at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Over the course of four days, GIDS will be featuring 200+ sessions, 100+ speakers from around the world, and 30+ exhibitors across 5 thoroughly technical days. The summit aims to curate eight broad tracks – Web, Mobile, Java, Dynamic Language, Data, Cloud, DevOps and Architecture. Both the factors have a direct co-relation to the stability, reliability, maintainability & quality. In this talk, we take you on the journey of the best practices of code quality, usage of commonly available tools that can be leveraged, tweaks and custom code that can be written to have meaningful reports, check gates, mechanisms to proactively catch, dispatch and fix code quality related issues. We will walk you through sample reports, flow charts and prescriptive recommendations on what you can take back to your workplace to reduce your technical debt and have a watch over the code quality.
