Aeroflot plans to enhance its customer experience using advanced, new services through SabreSonic Web, which will provide travellers using the airline’s web site a broad selection of shopping options and check-in services to meet their specific travel requirements. SabreSonic Web will also give the airline flexibility to showcase their products, services and special promotions as quickly as market conditions change, with a variety of payment options.
The airline also plans to augment its existing ’Aeroflot Bonus’ loyalty program, launching a new frequent flier program for corporate customers, and leveraging Sabre’s customer profile and calculator tools to tailor specific services for business passengers.
