As executive vice president (EVP) and chief financial officer (CFO) for Sabre, Mike Randolfi leads the company’s global finance organization and is responsible for all finance and controls, reporting and corporate development activities. He oversees people, planning and processes that provide valuable and timely insights, enabling business leaders to make decisions to support the Sabre strategy, deliver long-term value to our stockholders and, ultimately, achieve financial success.
Mike is an experienced financial leader, having held CFO positions at Adtalem Global Education, Groupon, Orbitz Worldwide and most recently, BFA Industries. His career also includes 14 years at Delta Air Lines, where he held a variety of executive financial roles and helped lead the analysis, integration and synergy achievement associated with the merger with Northwest Airlines, a $14 billion company.
Mike has an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of South Florida.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, going to sporting events and enjoying the outdoors.
